  3. i can do everything except for standing split, my legs don’t go straight, and also when you hold your leg straight in front of you is difficult for me to hold for long 🙁 other than that im good 🙂

  4. The problem is about the %50 %50 sound deployment. To give an example, I can hear only noise from the left earphone, but perfectly clear on the right 🙂

    great! I’m a baseball player and I usually do a lot of workout, but right now I’m interested in learning yoga. This little work is great for warming up and gettin flexible. I’m looking forward to see more videos. thanks a lot

  8. The TV should have been turned off. There was no need for t, and it was a pure waste of energy.
