    10 min Low Intensity Steady Stream

    5 Minues High Intensity Interval Training – 20s/10s Running in place,
    Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers

    5 Min – LIIS

    10 Minute Isometric Workout – HASfit Isometric Training Exercises –
    Isometrics Exercise

    5 Minute HIIT – 20s/10s Running in place, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers

    10 minute F— You workout – 30 Jack Squats, 30 Burpees, 30s Squat Hold/
    30s to 1m break after the whole superset (This pretty much was kicking my
    ass after the Isometric exercises, which already were kicking my ass)….

    10 Minutes Core – 12 Cross Punch Situps, 12 flutterkicks, 12 Sitting Twists
    – 30s break

    This one Kicked my ASS! But feels so good right now!

    I have to say Thank you again!! I don’t have a lot of time and I work
    midnights and could never get decent workout in because I’m so tired. This
    led me on a search for short workouts but never really felt effective.
    However, this one is an exception, I have been doing this for two weeks now
    and fee great. Also, you are a great teacher and keep the pace going with
    clear instructions.
