30 minute well rounded, fast paced vinyasa flow yoga practice. Lots of sun salutations. Emphasis on breath awareness and staying present in the moment. If you are brand new to yoga, please do my Yoga Flow 101 practice first.

I’ve only done yoga once but it’s been brought to my attention that I need to get some more excersize so I now run, do ab workouts, pushups, sit ups and am eating healthier (With the exception of the past 2 days) 😛 I think I should work This into my day somewhere. I’m shaking and I’ve only done the first 9 minutes. I think I’ll take a break and continue after a water break. I’m sweating so hard…

  14. by far one of the best yoga vids online. hands down…i still havent found a vinyasa flow video that comes close to being as well rounded and well paced as this one…great work!

  15. It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when other normal people accomplish it easily with “MAD Ripped Muscle” (Look it up on Google).
