  1. Every pregnant women ought to know that her health does matter and by exercising and
    eating healthy she can look and feel great during pregnancy. 

  2. Just completed this workout. I feel good but Im a bit concerned as to whether Im doing too much with my abs (holding the belly button to the spine for so long). I’m 29 weeks but still very small (started at 125lbs but 135lbs now at 29 weeks).

  3. i’ve seen another prenatal lesson on tv. any way that one can be posted as well please?
