    Yeah, that seems okey. But i need fat cuz i`m thin, got thin legs, thin arms, and thin body, so i need fat but i also need muscles. and what i see on my body is that atm i got a 6 pack that you can see a bit, bigger biseps. So i don`t see much fat really, but it seems like you have a point.

  8. First off, the fat you gain doesnt turn in to muscle. Muscle and fat cells are two COMPLETELY different things. Also, the majority of that 14 pounds you gained over the past 4 weeks is fat, not muscle. There are lots of variables involved, but that 2-4 pounds of that is actually muscle. You need to cut your calorie surplus down a bit to were you are only in a 10% caloric surplus. Aim to gain 1-3 pounds a month.

    With proteins i mean drink protein drinks :pp And what i ment with eat every 2nd hour is to gain weight for thin peopl (some people are really thin and dont gain pounds when they`r eating)but Mike from sixpackshortcuts said that in one of his videos. I don`t eat every 2nd hour. i workout, eat like i should and gain fat to get into muscles, i`ve gotten 7kg of muscles and fat in 4 weeks…… And my sister is a personal trainer…… So she have given me some tips aswell..

  10. It actually was, you said I didnt know shit about body building, when in fact I do… You dont have to eat ever 2 hours to make gains, thats complete bullshit. I have made great gains and I only eat 2-3 times a day in a 4-5 hour window. And fast for the other 20 hours Its all about being in a calorie surplus at the end of the day. What do you mean take your proteins? lol….

    We`ll this isnt about you is it ?… And i know im correct when i say, if you want to go from thin to muscular and fit you should eat much like each 2nd hour, train and use protein and after each training eat a piece of bred or something, after you have taken your proteins. You Can`t Say Anything On This.

  15. You dont know shit about bodybuilding kid. If you do a clean bulk, you will gain very little fat. To get good results, you need a good novice program.

    Dude your the one asking for help, and thats wrong….. If you want to gain weight and train to get fit you do gain much weight and fat before you get fit, if not you just gain a little fat then you can just train it away and go on like that but then it would take longer to get big and fit….. You Don`t See My Point Do You ? And you don`t really need a program you just need to start somewhere. And then go with a program.

  17. You are a fucking moron, if they do a clean bulk, then yes they can. They gain muscle without putting on a noticeable amount of fat on. What does protein have to do with anything? You need protein to live and build muscle. No, f a thin person does a clean bulk, then they wont get fat as long as they are following a good program…
