WORKOUT DETAILS: -Perform each exercise for one minute with no rest in between to complete each round (7 minutes). -Perform the complete round 3 times. -The entire workout can be completed in less than 25 minutes including 1-2 minute rest between each round.

My girlfriend has the same complaint 🙂 Everything in this video can be modified for a bench or even the floor. The benefit of the stability ball is that it forces you to use multiple muscles groups at once for balance. I’m working on beginner workouts that require less stress on the joints or equipment.
