    When I do king squats (I think they are also called Bulgarian Split Squats), I use a chair with a cushioned seat This prevents my fore foot and ankle from hurting.

  2. Love those pants. However keep wearing the tank and we might have to change the rating of this show lol. Oh and the exercises were cool could use them on my thighs. 🙂

  8. Ok. I love the thigh excercises except for side lunges. Not sure why, but I hate those. But now I want to see excercises to LIFT my butt. I’ve lost 38 pounds, but not, my butt is flat! What’ve you got for me?

    Jillian. im 15 5’3 and 140 pounds i would like to lose 10lbs. i eat 1200 calories daily. on days that i don’t workout should i eat less? and on days that i do workout should i eat more, to make up for the calories i burned? I’ve already lost 50 pounds and its the last ten stubborn pounds left!!

  10. I never did thighs because I tend to have thicker thighs from gymnastics. I always thought I need to do cardio to lean them out. Thinking doing thigh moves would just add bulk I didn’t want
