    watch anna do the moves in this workout´╗┐

  2. to lose belly fat you need to reduce overall body mass index. agree with
    the other comments, it has to be wholistic in approach. target or spot
    training can tone and strengthen, not necessarily “thin Out” specific
    areas.´╗┐
