    End: Lying on the ground for the past 14 minutes watching Cassey while
    thinking about the brownies in my kitchen.

  9. Can you do your 5 top exercises for the arms? To specifically target jiggly
    under arm? I’m so bored with tricep dips and diamond pushups and it doesn’t
    seem like they are working :(

  12. I think those 20 sec breaks really lowered the intensity, like it honestly
    wasn’t that bad even on the third round. An yes i’m doing it right haha

  13. Make sure you guys really focus on engaging your core, and imagine your abs
    contracting in your mind every time you contract them. If you just go
    through the motions without really working your abs, then you’re just
    wasting time.
