  1. im 16 and its been a while since i dont eat as much very often. i need to
    start eating now if i want to build up my physique.

  2. The only supplements necessary for a teen are multi vitamins, protein and
    creatine. That’s all I use. Btw per work outs are useless for teens. I took
    3 scoops of cellucor c4 and felt nothing. We have enough energy as it is.

  3. why not to do chest flies? i dont get that..
    is chest building not recomended in the teenage years?

    lot of protein. Is this alright?

    is i only way 160 so this video helped me out a lot thanx im taking the

  10. I don’t agree with the being in and out of the gym in 5 minutes. I think it
    just depends on the person. but you guys really help with advice and
    nutrition and also the motivation. Im only 16. I started working out at 14.
    at 15 I was benching over 200lbs weighing in at 145. im only 145 still! and
    benching 230. Im only 5’5 also lol. you guys help a lot!

  14. steroids is the only way to.. no. kill yourself… >.< I'm 15, and 175 lbs. of nothing but muscle. no steroids.
