  1. @Swabby Jam – with regards to muscle ups, I would focus on palms-forward
    weighted chins, pullovers, dips and wrist curls (the bent wrist position
    need to transition between the pull up and the press up should be
    strenghtened)

    the video on elliott hulses’ recommendation. Nice work mate looking forward

  3. Holy crap, it looks easy, but it’s much harder to do….how about a
    variation of alternating between hanging leg raises and pullovers (1 rep
    raise, 1 rep pullover, and then repeat for desired number)?

  4. Sure!. I have been doing these type workouts for a bit. So I have worked up
    to 10reps.
    I try to do my first set of 10reps, then 9, and so on every minute on the
    minute. However, I have worked up to that. The key is to do as many as you
    can with good form!:). 

  5. Nick, Also good with a neutral grip! I do a ladder workout program 10-1
    reps. Every minute on the minute! great ab workout! Like the way you
    think!!
