Some how help, but if you struggle with the wide grip pull ups, try the Lat Pull Down Machine or as show in this video, the Hammer Strenght Lat pull down that works the Upper latissimus muscle, you may also work your Rhomboids, Trapezius and Bicepts, since those muscles also are needed in the Pull up’s routine.

  7. you should try: Pull Ups (wide grip), assisted pull ups, Barbell lift from chest right up, all of them work the upper Latissimus Dorsi muscle. For the lower Latissimus Dorsi Muscle, Rombois and Trapezius, try: Barbell Bent Over Row, Smith Machine Bent Over Row, One arm Downbell Row (alternate arms)

  23. I can’t do wide grip barbell curls, or any curls on a two hand barbell. My ulna got messed up doing curls like this last year and it has never healed. Whenever I do curls on a two hand bar it kills my inner forearm up and down to the bone.

  24. Hi Scott, I got a question. I am going to try your training method tomorrow but I was wondering. For example when you do the left arm biceps hammer curl and you finish it and then you switch to your right. The left arm is resting while you do the right one, does it count as rest of do you take the 30-60 sec rest after the set of your right arm?

    I am hoping you can answer my question.

    Hi Scott, as you said we can start working out either of two (biceps, triceps). But lately I have been hearing that if you want big arms it’s better to start with triceps(and work it harder) since it’s a bigger muscle and growing up a big triceps will be more visible for the whole arm. Just want to know if that makes sense for you, and could make a little difference over the time. Thanks! cheers bro and keep the legendary routines up!
