  1. My gym does not have a Leg Press machine, but it DOES have a Hack Squat
    machine, I can use that instead correct?

    Yes I agree cant even believe it. even i was very sad since i workout well
    for abs but nothing was coming. btw!but ye do you know about the 7 odd

    It is basically the same. All you need is a straight legged calf raise and
    a bent leg calf raise.

  4. I love this clip. Youtube is made for this type of info. My best friend was
    previously bullied. He stated he was intending to get bigger. I laughed at
    him because I didn’t think he would for a second…. Until he packed on 40
    pounds of complete lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building
    Bible (look for it in Google). No one dares to bully the man anymore. I
    subscribed earlier this week. And the guys emails are fucking cool!!!

    could i do only one exersice many times rather than different ones few
    times?

  9. I’d say 2, but really if you’re a skinny guy like me work them every
    goddamn day; even when they’re sore.

  10. Dang, yesterday I did the 100 bodyweight calf raises in the shower, and now
    a day later, my calfs are freaking sore! Too bad I can’t do most of those
    workouts, since I do not have access to those workout machines, because I
    workout at home. I will make sure to do more calf raises, as well as
    weighted ones!

  11. Hey Scott, I can’t finish this workout, because of the painful cramps i get
    midway through the workout, got any ideas how to get rid of this?
