    Yes 100% safe but not every woman has the mobility in their lumber spine to get that big a draw of the abdominal muscles. It should never be uncomfortable.. as you exhale there is more room for the baby. Correct breathing is essential. If women don’t have the mobility in the spine they should still be able to lift the bump with their abdominal muscles.

    Yes I have had women in my classes with a scoliosis, one in particular was quite severe and she found it very beneficial. The spinal mobility exercises are the roll downs, mermaids, spine twist and arm openings, you might not have the same range as I do in the video but all movement is good.

    Before i was pregnant i ran a 16 minute mile for apft..but i found out i have scoliosis..iwould you recomend this for me? im scared of gaining to much weight and then not be able to catch up…im just curious

    Great Video. That was a huge pull in with the belly. Would you say it is safe for most women to try this, or did it get a little uncomfortable with the baby pressing against the internal organs?
