I really appreciate the amount of info you packed into this video. This is
one of the most comprehensive squat tutorials on YouTube. Thanks!

Great info bro. In regards to leading with the hips isn’t this shooting the
hips up out the hole before your chest rises?

I watched your squat leverages video and was sold on low bar squatting-I
had always assumed that it would be too hard on my lower back. Tried it out
in the gym today for the first time instead of high bar. Why have I not
done this before? Back felt great and I found it easy to pile on the weight
even though I only meant to test the waters with light weights. I did,
however, have some trouble with my wrists, even though I experimented with
hand spacing. Bottom line, loving these explanations, thanks for the
resources. Also digging the sumo deadlift.

  4. Thanks a lot!! Love your channel btw! Best powerlifting tutorials I have
    found on YouTube! ;)

  5. Awesome video! Very informative!
But little confused about head position during the descent of the squat.
Mark Rippetoe suggests that we look down and forward or have a neutral head
position. But lots of competitive powerlifters look forward or slightly up.
What’s your opinion on that? Thanks
