    I don’t know if you got a reply from the uploader but yoga generally must be practised everyday either early morning or evening around 6 (traditionally) I would do these thrice a week if you’re a newbie.

  3. rubbish, it has never been possible to target a part of the body and reduce fat levels. you can only singularly develop muscles.

    actually that’s wrong. It is possible to do targeted workouts in yoga. While it isn’t possible to do only lower abs without working out all muscles it is possible to do target that and workout surrounding muscles very slightly.
