  2. Hey, have you tried “Belly Fat Blaze” (just do a Google search for it…)? On their website you will find a useful free video. This made it easier for Rebecca to burn her belly fat. I hope it helps you too…

    I find that my wrists and knees start to hurt like a few reps into the exercises. I have very weak wrists, but should I continue to do the exercises through the pain? It gets really bad, and I don’t want to make it worse or get carpal tunnel, but I really want to complete these exercises. Is there an alternative? Maybe try to use my fists instead? :/

    1. You could try a rowing maicnhe although this does use your legs as well you are concentrating on your arms mostly. Weights are a good tool for weight loss too and you could just do low weight upper body exercises. You diet is massively important for weight loss too, not just what you eat but size and frequency of your meals. Check here for great free download on nutritional advice.

  6. Hi 🙂 not to be rude but comparing this year and last year, your legs are skinnier this year then last year so i was wondering what are the recommended leg exercises to loose fat from your thighs?

    Last time I did this workout was for like 3-4 months ago. I was in bad shape and i could litteraly not do a single exercise without taking a break. But now, I did it all and I was in the same speed like you. You have helped me get in shape and I can do so much more and keep going and that is all thanks to you! thank you Cassey Ho<3

I did on the other hand experience several technical points the use of this website, since I experienced to reload the site many instances previous to I could get it to load correctly.     half cobra pushups are worse but both of those tricep moves are KILLER! the pulses…oooooooh the pulses.

    1. Go for yoga after aerobics lossen.that won’t do as much as aerobics, swimming, power walk 1 hour a day, and other activities who sweat you and burn all that fat. Do yoga once a week, and do other fast things so you loose weight. Yoga is great for stress

    2. Stand on the edge of a step and relax both heels (gently) as far as you can over the step, now raise right up onto your toes. Ow? Do it for 15 reps to start, then increase. Also, altlouseby anything on your toes will work out your calves, so walk around the house on your toes.If you want lean legs then stretch out deeply and fully afterwards. If you want bulk then stretch a little to avoid strain and muscle atrophy, but don’t stretch as deeply.

  13. I have the same problem, but maybe not as severe as what you’re describing. When I have a bad day I may cut back on the reps or choose to do them on my knees. And I make sure to stretch and work my wrists out in between. I’m sure you’ve thought of this though, just sharing my take on it. Good luck!
