  1. LOL my cousin sent me this. Elliot’s been a big influence on my weight loss
    goals and honestly these are things that i’ve heard across the internet and
    fitspo world regarding weight loss, regardless of your gender.

    the root of it all is, however, discipline. and that’s my biggest problem.
    I struggle with fucking discipline and not only is it embarrassing to
    myself but to others who have been watching my weight loss journey (and
    have witnessed my hardcore falls).

    sooo my biggest goal right now… is discipline. find a way to teach myself
    not to give up. don’t let the tiny asshole voice in my head talk me out of
    doing what needs to be done for me.

  3. I eat bread and rice on a regular basis, but I do drink a lot of water and
    eat a lot of vegtables and protein. I also work out 3 times a week. Is it
    going to be a big problem in the future if I keep eating rice and bread?

    eat 2 bananas a day becuz i drink 2 green smoothies and i put one banana in
    each…i hope thats not too mu h sugar those r the only fruits i really like

    training I do pushups and pullups.

  11. Wow am now commenting after 1month,n Trust me i am now 78kg,i was 85 when i
    saw this vid,i never did anything just went on walking for 3hours a day n
    had water a lot,had a lotta veges and now i am not overweight,there was a
    magical connection with his words to me,and surely that proved me the
    best,i am 6feet tall so 75-78kg is the required weight and now m in the
    range
    M now going to check out many other vids of him to be in the best shape

    water with a belveta three times a day and walking for log periods a day.

    138 Height: 5’7 .. I was 151 3 weeks ago and all I ever did was workout
    Mon. Wed. & Fri. Then break days in between. All I ever did was use this
    video called “Power 90” It was made by the same person that made P90X and

  17. Fastest way to lose your belly fat is to stop eating more than you need a
    day you fucking morons. 

  18. You technically don’t need to build muscle to burn fat. All you need is a
    calorie deficit, achieved through diet and/or exercise. For example, one
    pound of fat is 3500 calories, therefore if you successfully burn 3500
    calories a week that you normally would have taken in, you have lost one
    pound. That 3500 calorie deficit can be attained through reducing caloric
    intake by 500 calories a day or upping exercise to burn an extra 500
    calories a day, or taking in 250 less calories a day and burning 250 more
    through exercise. Spot reduction is a myth so you will lose belly fat along
    with leg/back/arm fat in proportion. Myfitnesspal on iphone and android is
    a good way to track calories in vs calories out. Hope I helped :)

    of muscle. I have very low willpower. I’m not gonna lie, I’m very lazy. I
