    these, (pilates, the abs and core workouts you guys publish, ect) Are they

  13. I had to stop a few times, (I have awfully weak wrists) but I actually
    completed the workout (and it felt like barely any time passed, which has
    never happened with any exercise I’ve ever done.) Will do again.
