I have kind of a stupid question, but i was just wondering if workouts like
these, (pilates, the abs and core workouts you guys publish, ect) Are they

great beginner’s work out. I’ve only been doing Pilates for a short time.
This was very helpful since I’m at home and there’s only 1 class per week
at my gym
Enjoyed the workout. Some of the lifts were hard on my neck (old injury).

Do you have a stretching routine?
I had to stop a few times, (I have awfully weak wrists) but I actually
completed the workout (and it felt like barely any time passed, which has
never happened with any exercise I’ve ever done.) Will do again.
