  1. Thanks for the video! I love pilattes, but in my small city there is no
    public pilattes workouts so all I can do is to do exercises at home and
    theese videos helps me! I just wanted to ask, how often do i need to do
    pilattes per week to see results? Im doing non regular workouts(running,
    walking, gym or some exercises at home) and my goal is shape my body, loose
    some weight(belly fat) and make ”slimmer” leg muscles, so do pilattes can
    help me to reach my goal and maybe you have some sugestions?

    Would these exercises help me tone my body, I do not necessarily want to
    lose weight but to tone my body instead? Also, since I am also doing cardio
    exersices, is it a good idea to do cardio one day, then pilates the other,
    and then repeat the scheme?

  5. Thank you for the video. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful but are there
    more difficult videos? I concentrated, held my belly in, watched for
    alignment…so I#m sure I’m not doing it wrong ( and I’m a gym bunny)

  9. Angela is GREAT……..I’m doing my workouts with her (abs butt pilates
    essentials) she is amazing….She helped me to lose 5 pounds in 1 week! You
    do great job guys! I want more videos with Angela please

  10. This will still help you build muscle and give you some shape. There is
    also a “Focus on hips and thighs video” That Kodi did for us that may help
    too. Good luck.

    I’ve been doing it for 9 years and I really have to say this: great
    presentation, wonderful description, great picture, pointing out the
    details…one of the best pilates videos on line! Keep up the good work
