    only good for Lats but for body core also..i get tendinitis at the elbow
    inside of the forearm..whats known as golfers elbow ,not tennis thats

    to add on CLA but i’m wondering if that’s beneficial/necessary? And will
    CLA counter fish oil? I read mixed opinions about that. I was hoping you
    can provide me with some good advice. Thanks Michael.

    studies. Everyone knows creatine works. Beta alanine and citruline malate
    are also extremely effective. The only other tubs were his multi, calcium,
    omega which are extremely common amongst athletes. Think before you speak…
