  1. not to hate, but this is definitely not all that CR7 does, incorporate all
the soccer training, all the drills, practising, thats where he gets his
‘strength’ and ‘looks’ from, a workout like this is just a bonus for him.

  2. No disrespect, but with all due respect, I have no respect.

Did you just create your own workout and called it the C.R. workout to get
    more views?

  3. will this help me look like him or play with the power he plays ? cause
there are tons of people who look like him(bodywise) but they are for sure
    not that fast or powerful

  4. yeah yeah ronaldo is good make now zlatan’s ibrahimovic workout before
    zlatan gets mad :P

  5. Best footballer in the world. 80 million dollar per year second to
mayweather as the highest paid athlete.

  6. Awesome job ATHLEAN-X Breaking it down for us! This is an amazing set of
moves thought out to help you maximize your explosive power, speed and
looks. The fact that you can get stronger faster at playing is an expected
result. Hopefully a better player is a bonus…hehehe!

  7. Jeff, love your videos man. But please, never ever fast-forward them again.
Looks ridiculous. We don’t mind watching the entire routine so we do it
    properly. :)

  8. Great work out! Also works great for those who play hockey and need the
    explosiveness off ice!
