    1. i agree 100%. i lifted intlsneey at 14 years old. By the time i was 16 i got really good results for me. By the time i was 18 i started having joint pain.Now that i’ve had a few surgeries and i’m 23 years old, i started lifting weights i can control perfectly and increasing the weight by 2.5LBs every week. I feel better this way, ad i’m seeing some muscle growth come back. MOst of these guys that go heavy, can’t walk and move when they are in their 50s because of joint problems

    1. Don’t focus on thrusting your upper body. Try to acalutly use your abs to move your body. Also, i put my hands behind my ears, so I don’t cheat my self by using my arms to thrust my body upwards. This might be why your neck is hurting. It helped me

This made it easier for Ryan to overcome his muscle development plateau and therefore develop toned lean body mass with no fat fast. Perhaps it will help you out too…

    1. Well to get the abs, you have to uncover the layer over them. Honestly the best way (so far) to burn fat, wiothut losing muscle, is high intensity interval training. Such as sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 30-60 seconds, and repeating this 4-8 times. Also a change in your diet, like lowering your caloric intake and adding more protien. Search interval training for fat loss. You might find what your looking for.

    2. LMAO! I hear where you’re coming from bro. However, many ppolee have the inner drive, but have 0 support. Also, a lot of things happen in life that can take a toll on things we want to do personally. It might sound like excuses, but it’s life. The most popular in terms of sales is Men’s Health, it’s quite light hearted, almost a lads mag with muscles and dietary advice, you get plenty of small tips and it’s easy to read. Second place goes to Men’s Fitness, it’s not so jaunty as MH but it does go into more detail, but it is a harder read.

Yes you need to train with wegihts high as possible but if you go to gym every week you need to find out your maximum and then train about 75-90% of maximum what you can do. Training maximum all time is dangerous, Your legs, your back are starting to cause you a lot of pain. Worst of all you will have heart problems.

Look there might bee some, you just have to find what part of the abs it works on and look for exercise that works the same but, the best thing would be to you keep on pnhuisg yourself until you can do double crunch, and like that you will have a good endurance and a good looking pack of abs

    1. guys i have beeen doing this for some time and want to share some things, dont do it the easy way, it is way more efceftive if you do it right and do as much as you can than doing it your way but doing the whole thing. for example in 4 time abs your feet arent supposed to touch the ground.
