    I had the same problem. I use a towel and to help keep my hands stable under me. The gloves that people wear when they are lifting weights. It gives me better grip with the weights and on the floor.

  5. Hey! 🙂 This is sort of weird but i sweat a lot when im working out and my gym mat (or whatever it is called) gets real slippery. I’m doing Jill’s Body Revolution and there’s some plankups but i feel like my hands slips all the time so it’s extremely hard. Anything to help that? I’ve tried to put a towel under my elbows it helps a little tho.. 🙂 I love your videos keep them coming please! :))

  9. dang keep wearing the tanks and I’ll own all your dvds. Seriously I think my Sensei watches already since he has us doing dips and burpees, hmmmm. Planks ugh those look really hard. What the heck lets give it a whirl lol.

    I use these because they are cheap and easy to find. They are the Gold’s Gym weight training gloves. Just type it into a search engine and they come up.

  13. Last time I worked out, in the background, I played a recording of Jillian screaming at people on the biggest loser during their workout to motivate me.
