  1. Hmm, i’d say try not to drive as much. I usually bus a lot so i’m hanivg to walk more to get to places which keeps me active. Joining a sports team is good to because you get into a routine at least once or twice a week. Aside from doing usual summer sports i.e. swimming, tennis, volleyball, i’d say finding ways to be outdoors. Maybe even checking out a festival or event or exploring your city as a tourist my foot. Too bad you weren’t in Ottawa, Air. We could be active together.
