  6. Hi Cassey! i hope you can help me! i’ve done high intensity cardio workout during few months and i’ ve changed for your workout since a week BUT i’m desperate to see my thighs getting thiner! I have lost fat on chest, arms, stomach but still not on thighs… Should I do specific exercises or more cardio?

  9. Heey Cassey!!! :)) I have a serious question! So I used to be a lot stronger than I am now, and I could more easily do your workouts! But, for some dumb reason, I stopped working out! So now when I try to do your videos, I have to stop because I can’t finish! And some exercises I can’t even do because I’m weak! I was wondering if you could do 1 or 2 beginners videos for us beginners to do, so then later on, we can do your harder videos! Thanks sooo much!! LOVELOVELOVE YOUU!!!!!!
