    Not to mention strong as well. I don’t think I could go over 16 lbs.

  12. my weight is just right for my height. How long before i see the results if
    i do this 3x a week. and is it okay if i pause and take a rest or should i
    do this continously.

  15. I don’t think any woman should be taking ab exercise advice from Jillian
    Michaels. Here waist is so thick. She has no waist. She is straight from
    waist to hips. I don’t get it? I would never follow her ab exercises!

  16. First time doing cardio in 3 weeks since I broke my toe… I’m amazed how
    much cardiovascular gains can be lost in a short amount of time! There were
    a few moves I couldn’t do because of my toe (those lunges, no way) and I
    had to favor it a bit during the jumping exercises but overall, yay!

    I’m sorry but I’ve done this kinda work out and had a tiny ass waist 21″
    waist and never once was it thick. I’m pregnant with my second child but
    still exercise not these kinda exercises but plan on doing this afterwards.
    Ive been working out and in shape since I was in 9th grade. 24 now.
