I love Fitness Blender now! I wanted to work out today especially since I’m
snowed in, but didn’t feel like looking in a book at different exercises. I
will be able to do a couple videos every day!! I am so anxious because
these leave room for NO EXCUSES! And Kelli, you’re the bomb! :D

I love this one! My legs are super out if shape so its so much easier
focusing on arms and abs rather than legs and abs.

my weight is just right for my height. How long before i see the results if
i do this 3x a week. and is it okay if i pause and take a rest or should i
do this continously.

I’ve got bomb ab muscles already..but they’re hidden belly
fat..specifically an ugly pooch. Will this help me burn the pooch and ab

I don’t think any woman should be taking ab exercise advice from Jillian
Michaels. Here waist is so thick. She has no waist. She is straight from
waist to hips. I don’t get it? I would never follow her ab exercises!
First time doing cardio in 3 weeks since I broke my toe… I’m amazed how
much cardiovascular gains can be lost in a short amount of time! There were
a few moves I couldn’t do because of my toe (those lunges, no way) and I
had to favor it a bit during the jumping exercises but overall, yay!

I’m sorry but I’ve done this kinda work out and had a tiny ass waist 21″
waist and never once was it thick. I’m pregnant with my second child but
still exercise not these kinda exercises but plan on doing this afterwards.
Ive been working out and in shape since I was in 9th grade. 24 now.
