  1. it was 2 fast when it comes to following the video,I had to concentrate on
    my exercise while trying to keep up. I found it a bit difficult.

  2. I was a huge yoga junkie a few years back but unfortunately couldn’t find
    the time to continue. The poses and intensity are what I became accustomed
    to for a Vinyasa Flow practice, so this makes a really wonderful substitute
    for a class in terms of physical working and stretching. For those saying
    this isn’t yoga, I’d argue that it is, just not the kind you were looking
    for.

    I’m afraid Jillian doesn’t do the best job at describing the poses for
    beginners. Really and truly, I’d suggest looking up the poses performed by
    someone who is trying to practice, not lose weight. They’ll give you a
    better idea of how to do the pose and avoid injury.

  3. I have no problem with yoga poses and physical exercise routines being
    combined, but “sun salutation” and “double time” should never be used in
    the same sentence! Well, unless it’s the preceding sentence.

  5. With a name like Yoga Meltdown I got exactly what I expected. What a great
    work out! Hard enough I was struggling at times to do the beginners
    version, but manageable. Jillian has such a great attitude. I will
    definitely be doing this when I can’t get to the gym. I want to be able to
    do the whole thing without dropping for a quick rest and thinking OMG! lol
    and then do it in expert!

  6. I love this video its motivation for me and i needed fat burning asap! I
    havent worked out in long time but i know yoga and all just havent used it
    in a while. It is difficult for beginers that dont know yoga and it is
    making me sweat so its intermediate in my opinion:)

  8. I’m on my 8th straight day of this workout, and I have noticed big
    improvements on my strength, flexibility, and weight. One tip before
    starting this workout, STRETCH your quads!!! After 4 days up until
    yesterday, my quads were on FIRE. Gotta stretch those out, or you’re gonna
    have a bad…. time! That’s right.

    I haven’t watched this video, but from the for 5 seconds of it, there is no
    way I am going to…this is a workout video with yoga poses. Which
    completely misses the point of yoga…
