  4. I’m officially a rockstar&beyond XD.I not only did 3 series, I did a total
    of 9’wo.Ot’!I alternated this one with the other exercise you show on the
    Push-up series- that one where you bend and twist your leg/knee and try to
    bring the foot the opposite shoulder? I took many pauses and I almost died
    XD and my shoulders are dead, but I did 9 series in 10.40min.(this is the
    total time for the effort intervals for all 9rounds,pauses apart)(&my
    recovery drink, a must!) thanks,great killer ones!

  5. What do you consider this workout to be – high impact aerobics,
    calisthenics, or circuit training? I’m thinking circuit because it involves
    strength training…just not sure how I want to track it for calorie
    burning purposes (don’t have any of the gadgets that calculate for you).

  6. as far as i know you do level 1 for 10 days, then switch to level 2 for 10
    days and level 3 also for 10 days – then you have your 30 days shred

    certified nutritionist revealing the best way to lose excess weight. This
    helped Lisa to get rid of her abdominal fat. I will probably give it a try.
    It may work for you also.

  11. I got mean DOMS in boths my lower abs and hip flexors after doing these
    yesterday. This exercise kicked my ass. Doing more of these for sure.
