  1. for the person who thinks magazines is used for only at home and not the
    gym, the machines are for when you want to focus on that one area but you
    can’t use a full range of motion on them. that’s why some of the workouts
    in the magazines are dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc, Some people
    don’t have this equipment at home but they still want to try the workouts.
    It’s worked for me in the past and will again this go around. 

  2. lol the last exercise is in p90x. “Superman!” “Banana!” XD That one is so
    hard to move correctly through it.

  3. Lol if you have a gym membership why bother buying the magazines? Shouldn’t
    you just use the gyms work out equipment? I mean these mags should be for
    if you cant afford a gym membership and need a new work out for at home!
    But I love Sarah’s videos she is awesome

  4. Those are all excellent, safe ab workouts as long as they’re executed
    correctly. Practice makes progress.

  5. I actually think that last move is good. Might not be the best for at the
    gym but it is really working your core.

  6. I so agree with you on everything you say. I have always thought that but
    never had anybody just say it. Like what makes them think this is ok to do
    that? Also I’ve hit a plateu in my workouts and want to get more toned do
    you have any snuggestions

  8. Hey, have you heard about “Belly Fat Blaze” (do a Google search for it)? On
    their website you can watch a practical free video. It made it easier for
    Sonya to burn her stomach fat. I hope it works for you too…

  9. I agree, they are not that ridiculous, usually it’s just the magazine’s
    interpretation or how they explain how to do the moves is ridiculous. I
    just remember trying to figure out what they meant and being so flustered.
    This magazine just happened to come out this month with a move that more or
    less fit the bill.

  11. Hi Sarah, I rly hope u see this. I’m 19, a girl and I’m underweight. But
    there’s this stubborn ‘fat’ in my tummy, I have good abs, but they won’t
    show and there’s just this jelly on top. What can I do, when i can’t lose
    anymore weight?

  12. toni horton px90 guy does the superman/banana on his workouts. he’s pretty
    extreme but i love them. i do feel ridiculous doing them, but i have a good
    laugh.

  13. The last move isn’t something i would do in the gym in front of other
    people. It’s very similar to a move in P90X though

  14. That last move is commonly done by gymnasts. It’s a great all-over workout
    because it requires just about every muscle in the body to be engaged. Then
    the core works to roll the body over.
