  2. If you seriously want to build muscle, you should do a Google search “MAD Ripped Muscle”. They can guide you and help you get the body you deserve.

  3. This is my first day of the 30 day shred, and I’m now sweating like crazy I gotta admit I underestimated this. I didn’t manage to do this bicycle crunches correct, because I was too exhausted to move properly. But I’m looking forward to doing it again tmr. 🙂

    Just a little testimony for anyone that feels like giving up — I’ve lost 20 pounds by doing the Shred over the past couple of months. I can’t give ALL the credit to the 30DS, as I did clean up my diet (smaller portions and healthier choices). I promise you you can do it, I NEVER thought I could, but here I am – 20 pounds lighter and feeling great! STICK WITH IT GUYS!!! The sweat, tears, and soreness will all pay off, I promise.

  8. I am 5’5” tall female.my weight is 108.8.I am 25 now..
    But my body weight is on my thighs and butt!I have extremely thin hands and my vital stats are as follows.Bust-31.2
    Abs-26
    Waist-32
    Hips-38
    Thighs-20.you cant really call me skinny.My weight hangs on the glutes n it luks so ugly!I do have a large hipbone bt I wanna look skinny.I have a wedding 2 attend n I wanna lose weight in 2 months.I am nt allowed 2 dietPlease help me!I dont have the stamina to do tough push ups either!!!

    oh god, i have been doing level 1 for just 3 day and my legs arm are hurting, my question is if i keep on doing this everyday will the pain go away. also my husband says i need to do this for 12 weeks, is that true? thanks zara plz help

    No! I have asthma and I have to take breaks between circuits. I’ve lost 20 pounds over a couple of months of doing the Shred (paired with eating better- nothing drastic). I didn’t even do it that consistently. Just stick with it and I PROMISE you’ll see results! Good luck!

  17. I personally love all the cardio and abs exercises in this level, in all levels in fact. I die only at strength exercises coz my weights are 8lbs =______= those plank rows are a killer :’O

    Off to level 2! I have done level 1 for ten days now, and I can see a big different! I have eat healthy, buy something unhealthy to, so you guys can eat unhealthy someday, just don’t eat to much of it, and to often!

    i’ve been doing this for 7 days and don’t worry! it will go away after the 4th or 5th day, because your body is still adapting! also, you only need to do this for 4 weeks and 2 days. level 1 = 10 days, level 2 = days, level 3 = 3 days

    you can do it, fighting!
