  4. You might reduce your risk of injury if you do toning/ shaping after
    pilates, once your muscles are warm. Especially if you’re going to be
    lifting weights. But it is up to you!

  5. I have a little bit of fat on my stomach and I have been doing year round
    sports such a basketball, xc, tennis and track with occasional surfing, but
    I still have fat on my stomach and a little on inner thighs and arms. I’m
    don’t understand why it won’t go away because there’s not even a lot of
    fat! How can I get rid of it fairly quickly?
