    dumbell,and wide v ups,and i am done

  4. Its just great. Burns the fats while builds the abs. It is a true ab
    workout and it really works. Ever since the level one abs to insane 1 and
    now to this. These workouts really helps. Just listen to the fat scream ahh
    sounds great and it looks even better 

  5. Why does my neck hurts after doing this workout? I’ve been doing this
    workout 1 month from now.

    Очень интенсивная, но в то же время доступная тренировка для мышц пресса.
