  1. My yoga teacher has us do a safer move close to the ice skater. We use a think blanket on both knees. We come on all fours. Knees and elbows. One knee only gliding away from the other knee as far as we can keep it there for 10-15 seconds then bringing them together and repeating on other side. This does seem a lil risky I prefer to be grounded.

  2. So helpful it helped so much that i recommended it to my friends that where pregnant

    1. Listen, I had bad spots and a touch of acne on my cheecks what I did was stop eanitg junk food e.g chocolate and fast foods (i found this hard) and I went out jogging 5times a week and with in that week I had basically next to no spots , the sun gives of vitiman D which I good for skin but since I live in scotland it is quite hard to get in the sun coz there is hardly any of it but since it Is the festive season all I have dont is eat chocolate and now my acne returning . Diet does matter!!

  3. I go to an early college aceadmy, which means about 7 hours of homework per night and the 5 hour AP exam. It’s extremely difficult to lose weight when my brain does so much work. Sitting at my desk all day has gotten me to gain 20 pounds this past year, and the stress has made me worse. Luckily, I’m going to see a nutritionist who can probably help me in losing weight. But most of all, it’s simply motivation that I need. =) Thank you.

the second exercise seems risky, coz the towel may cause one to slip during pregnancy..
