  3. you know… i got an workout where you dont need ANY equipment at all:
    5 minute warming up,
    round 1/5
    25 burpees,
    25 squat’s,
    25 sit up’s,
    30 jumping jacks.

    1 minute pause,

    round 2/5
    20 burpees,
    20 squat’s,
    20 sit up’s,
    25 jumping jacks.

    and move on till you did 5 rounds in total going down 5 of every exercise
    everytime…

    ofc this isnt the best method but for training: back, starting muscles,
    condition and losing fat this is amazing.. i’ve been doing this for 2
    months and i lost well over 6 kilo’s and gained some nice muscles already
    :)

    hey brandon how many times a week should i do this whole workout should i
    do it 2-3x a week or split this workout im 15 lookin to get in shape i have
    all these items but i also have a pullup bar and.. (2) 15 pound dumbeels
    and (1) 20 pound dumbell can u make a workout for the week with that i wana
    get cut and i have a jump rope
