I was training hard for 2 hours bcz I read that I should push muscle to
fatigue. Been sidetracked from gym (my Mom is dying from last stages of
Alzheimer’s & I take care of her which is time consuming but an honor to
give her what she’s given me all her life) but now I need something to help
cope with my impending loss. Yet I have no strength, no drive to push
weights, my thighs are always tired, I’m tired, caffeine addiction, junk
diet (again time). What is best way to get started when I’m so damn tired?
To get back to the drive I had doing 2 hours (I know u said short workouts)
but it’s the energy the drive I lack. My morale is in the pisser. I really
enjoyed the workouts. It’s getting back to “that place.”
I first thought I was going to get some BS from this video. But absolutley
this is the best advice for muscle building. 8 hours a day or more is
paramount if you want the full benefits of your workouts. Cant be said
enough.

It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when these normal people
