  2. Hello i find the 1st exercise to be very difficult , near impossible, I can
    hardly support myself with my arms and my feet keep slipping from under me
    with or without shoes, I feel like giving up and staying fat. I cant really
    do any of your plank excercises its so hard. I have to skip your last step
    in the kickboxing video too.

  4. will this help for someone on anti-depressants? all the weight ive put on
    has been on my stomach and im finding it so hard to lose!! silly that they
    make you gain weight but then you feel more crap about yourself because
    your fat!
