  7. Great video guys! I’ve been doing a method that utilized very similar methods. It really works, but dieting is key. I was already very muscular, so to maintain, I needed to make sure to have at least 120-150 grams of protein a day (through shakes), and cut down on everything else. In between shakes as a main meal, fruits, vegetables, and salad with low cal dressing keeps me full. I feel great, look great, and have that awesome feeling of accomplishment through hard work.   25. Its just a variation from the traditional shoulder workout.Shoulders must be done once and given time to recover so they can grow.So the Video was just to show another different way of working the shoulders if you want to vary from the usual formula.

    Rest is very important for supportive muscles. However if your body says do more, DO MORE! You can only be as good as what you put into it.
    Some people say your legs need rest for at least 1 whole day after working out. I know some people that go to the gym and finish by running 4 to 5 miles, no matter what. Your body will tell you everything you need to know.

  29. Never do this daily. Your shoulders need at least 2 days of rest before working out on it directly again. 🙂
