  14. I agree with this for most lifts, some lifts, Such as power cleans its
    extremely hard to just stop and go. Cleans take the entire body to lift and
    works every muscle. On that note, what do y’all suggest? I know I can do
    the stop and go on squat, how I was taught was it should take 3 seconds to
    get the weight down and 3 seconds to get the weight up. This helps stop us
    from using momentum as a Lift. Also though if you can control it, like me
    on squat then you can move at a faster paste. Thoughts?
