    that milk (or any other nutrition) doesn’t have. I’m not sure though.

  4. It’s because usually he workout and his muscle are like swollen and has a
    better definition. Right now he didn’t do a workout as yet so he would look
    so muscular.

    No, it is just grip strength. Try using a wrap so you can take your forearm
    out of the equation 🙂
