    know unheard that if your a teenager and you work out you’ll stop growing i
    know its not true but there are no facts proving it isn’t. And most power
    lifters are short so is it possible to happen.

  9. I use to have this problem, these exercises will most likely help because
    your neck sits on top of your shoulders but, youtube “fixing forward head
    posture” there are some other stretches/exercises you can do which isolate
    the neck better.

  10. Who gives a fuck about that guy? He’s small. Secondly, obviously those
    muscles are involved slightly, moron, but you’re not going to gain any size
    in your shoulders with just deadlifts lmfao. Here’s an experiment. Stop all
    pressing movements. Don’t do any raises either. Just do deadlifts. Then
    come back and tell me how small you still are. You’re not going to build
    shoulders with deadlifts at all lmao.
