  8. Crazy clip. Superb film. My younger brother was formerly obese. He reworked
himself from 279lbs of pure fat into 210 lbs of absolute muscle mass.
Everyone was in shock. I just signed up myself because I wanna strengthen.
He used the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…

  12. Hey man, im overweight, so i have a question, im very motivated to get out
of overweight, But can i change fat to muscle with this 91 day thing? or
does it only work if you are already skinny :/?

I appreciate that 🙂 But it’s a matter of preference. I would like to be
bigger, because it’s my personal goal, and it’s a weight I’d be comfortable
with. For me, I’d be comfortable at about 190 – 200 pounds, with 10 to 12%
body fat, and then taking it from there. BUT THANK YOU 🙂 I’m glad I’m not
    skinny anymore lol

Hey man, I know what you mean. The key is to get on a program that you know
will work. If I am you, you’ll want to burn fat before you start building
muscle. Get your body fat down to a reasonable percentage, (you’ll actually
build muscle in the process), and then focus solely on muscle building and
maintaining fat levels from there. In terms of gaining muscle mass, you
sound like you already have quite a bit of muscle underneath the fat. Since
this is the case, you can gain about 1 to 2 pounds

Have you experienced “Atomic Max Muscle?” (check it out on Google) It is a
quick way to build muscle fast.

Hey Henrik, I definitely agree with you, and congrats on reaching your
goals. The only few things that I would like to tell people reading your
comment are (1) You can eat 3 to 4 times a day, and still make muscle
gains. (2) Although you can eat whatever you want, I recommend following a
good macro nutrient split of 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. (3)
Eating whatever you want can result in fat gain. Congrats on reaching your
goals, and thanks for watching, man. 🙂

  17. If you are looking to get ripped, you should google Morsch Muscle Madness.
That might help you get the body you deserve.

Definitely be sure to eat enough calories. Go with a 250 to 500 calorie
surplus. That is, 250 to 500 calories above maintenance. (The number of
calories it takes to maintain weight.) As for your macros, I would go with
    50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. That’s a good starting point. 🙂

  19. Sup man, I’m basically the guy that you am described right there. I’m 130
lbs, 5ft 6in, straight outta school and heading for my first year of
college. I eat and don’t gain any weight, I’ve stayed at 130 since I was a
junior and it’s really started to bug me. So I’m gonna take those 3 tips
and try them out at the gym and see how everything goes. Also thanks on the
    proactiv review!
