    Soreness doesn’t indicate that muscle is still recovering most all of you
    muscles only take 48 hours to fully recover. Legs are a bit different and I
    can tell you that calves only take 24 hours. Everyone has their bro science
    but I can tell you this from years of experience and successful gains.. I
    train everyday.

    Depends if you are only doing pushups and nothing else you can do every
    three days ( that means if you idk sleep all day and don’t do as much but
    if you do other activities or train other muscle groups its better to go
    once a week also drink a lot of water it helps to cool you down and prevent
    head-aches

    therefore you need rest to recover and do more push ups…

    a useful free video explaining how to grow noticeable muscle mass fast
    whilst reducing excess fat as well. Kev or many other guys like him enjoyed

    Recommended 30-60 seconds , but its fine with 2 minutes I guess. For start,
    definetly 2 minutes, if You are getting mad strong you can allow yourself
    for less time or no time at all 😀
