okay i lll try because im 18 and just start 2 months ago im doing different
variety of exercise but only cuts are showing no muscle gains thats what i
think .. also if you wont mind to tell me good exercise for just simple abs
which can be maintain
jeff can you make a video based on how all celebrity’s have got ripped and
sort of things they do. ive been looking in to Scott Adkins aka Yuri Boyka
from undisputed 1&2 & is in X-men as well as is going to be in The
Expendables 2! he has not only got a completely jacked physique, but he is
able to do flips, backflips, capoeira, martial arts etc etc. he isnt the
only person who can do it of course but it would be nice to see your
thoughts on this as id loved to look like him and do what he does!
