  1. I got weak 🙁 Last week, I did 12 sets of pull ups with the ff reps each
    set: 16, 13, 12, 11 10 10 10 9 8 7 6 5. But yesterday, I did pull ups again
    and was only able to do 6 sets of 13 10 8 8 6 5. What happened? I’d been
    gaining number of pull ups for weeks until yesterday 🙁 I only do pull ups
    weekly. Any idea?

  2. I am a beginner, after 3 months of lifting, I can now do 8 solid pullups.
    Should I add weight when I can do more than 12?

    yes because the assisted machine does not let you build those important
    stabilization muscles you need when doing a pullup. Sorry if you already
    got a response 🙂

  4. You could use gloves, they can make it much easier on the hands. If you are
    using a rough metal bar it can be tough on the hands sometimes.

    can only do ONE (1)….

  7. I don’t see a problem with getting a tasty flavoured whey, like the Optimum
    Nutrition or Musclepharm choc milk as long as they aren’t full of sugars. I
    look forward to my protein shake, tastes like a naughty milkshake but
    isn’t. You may as well enjoy your shake I reckon but to each their own. I
    prefer making mine with milk (more protein and fats too), ice and some
    fruit but that one oreo biscuit sounds like a pretty good addition too!

    It doesn’t REQUIRE you to be shirtless, but if were a dude, i would be
    shirtless regardless. fuck shirts and bras 😀

  9. milk is about 80 percent casein protein and casein is slow digesting so it
    would slow down the protein absortion of the whey protein.

    It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when other people do it so
    easily with Max Muscle Extend (go Google it).

    This vid made me laugh….good stuff! Thanks bro. Never tried a shake with
    an oreo – I’m like you just powder and water usually! Might have to break
    out of the box and do a shake like “normal” people
