  8. Hello there, have you considered “MuscLeader” (just search Google)? There you will find a nice free video explaining the right way to grow noteworthy muscles quickly while shedding body fat at the same time. Ryan and plenty other guys experienced great results utilizing this method. It might work for you too.

  10. i have notcied that guy like this never have a shirt on even in my gym dude be like 135 pound just kinda ripped and they thing they big or somthing i dunno lol…if this dude put a large long sleeve shirt on u wont be able to tell if he worksout or not ….only little guys do this all the big guy no they big they dont need to show of anything they be workingout in a hoodie lol example kai green

  11. another long-winded reply, with nothing to back it up other than “freak genetics”. You think someone just lifts 50lb dumbbells from not really trying? Some weak person who wants to start out these exercises probably cannot lift that much to start, and having good form is important to prevent injury. You diss the guy without anything backing it up, pretty silly imo.
