  1. I’m no fitness guru but even I know without a shadow of a doubt that 20 lbs
of solid muscle in 12 weeks is a lie.

  2. Whazzup! Have you ever noticed – Manizi Amizing Muscle Secret (Have a quick
look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some undeniable
things about it and my best friend got great muscle gains with it.

    skinny all day

The easy part is working out, the hard part is eating/making all this
    friggin food!

@Novica89 yeah but of those 20 pounds 95% is gonna be fat! So fuck you
    motherfucker!

  8. Sup:) Do you think that I should test out this brand new muscle building
system? Or should I ignore this? Just google it Explosive Muscle Method.
Because my mate says it gets people stronger. Any response is appreciated!

  9. im not able to go to the gym and work out on a regular basis simply because
I just dont have the money for a membership. are there ways to bulid muscle
    even while at home?

  10. Hey Alain I’d probably up the fats and lower the protein. I’d also up the
carbs to 50. So something like 50c:30p:20f has got me the best results!
Thanks, I always come back to this video when I’m starting bulking!

@dafuksup I don’t know who started to talk about penis size here O.o either
you’re an adolescent kid that’s unsure about his “manlyhood”,or you are a
pathetic “grown up” individual with low IQ and some seriouse psychological
issues. Pick your choice,if i were you,I’d go with the first option,it’s
less embarrassing. Im out of discussion.Stop trolling.

  12. is carbs the same as calories? because in my country when i look at the
back of food packets it doesn’t say calories??? only carbs and protein and
    fat etc…

  13. I’m finally starting to get why people say working out is a lot of work…
Having to look at what i eat everyday is to challenging. I rather just
workout all day and still be able to eat what I want.

  14. i’ve been bulking for about 2-3 weeks and i’ve gained a little more than
ten pounds, no body fat i guess it’s mostly genetics and how many different
muscle groups you cover, and your intake
