  24. I’m 6’0″ and 145 lbs, just like you were. I am a runner too. lol. Get this
    tho, when I joined the Air Force in 2006 I was 117 lbs. I am 34 now and
    have achieved the “skinny-fat” frame I have always feared. My prized six
