    then causing your back to arch though???????

    when I first begin to go to the gym y used to workout my abs every other
    day but now I don’t, I just workout my butt every single day but I am
    forgetting about my other parts of my body:/ hoe can I combine the workouts?

    order to avoid injuries.

  9. You’ve got a great body. I’m 45 and mine’s not bad but yours is something
    to aim for. Do you exercise everyday? And if so, what do you do? I’ve read
    that it’s better to concentrate on strength training rather than do too
    much cardio if you want to develop muscle. I don’t really need to lose
    weight (some wobbly bits perhaps!) but want more muscle. Cheers´╗┐
