  7. Salty food bloats you and allows your skin to hold water which makes you
    look thicker than you really are. Nothing to do with abs? Eat a bunch of
    salty stuff for a week and take a pic. Then, stay off salt for a week, take
    another pic. Compare how your abs look.

    How often should you change excercises? I’m 13 and i’ve been working out
    for about 3 years now on and off but just recently i’ve gotten more serious
    about it for sports. I’d love any advice and at this point i mainly do
    crunches, pull-ups, push ups, and ab excercises on the pull-up bar. I would
    like to get bigger pecs and better abs. Thanks!

  17. I usually stick to a schedule, if I have a specific goal in mind. In
    between programs, I’ll be a bit more free. I’ve done a lot of sports,
    actually, but the muscle bellies come from a lot of heavy training over the
    years. I’ve done a LOT of heavy stuff…full range and partial.

    Looks like a brutal ab exercise Nick :). But I bet it makes them stronger!
    I started doing a low plank combined w/ mountain climber into one exercise.
    Def helping me build a lot of core strength for sports massage strength.
    May have to give this one a try too.
